April 2021 Recap

Every day is packed full of fun-filed activites at nursery. But there are always highlights each month that we love to share with you.

During April we’ve had so many exciting events taking place. These included celebrating Earth day, learning more about St Georges day, looking after our pets and opening our doors for lots of new families during our open day.

Open Day

We welcomed lots of new and existing families to take a look around our nurseries at our Open Day on Saturday April 24th.  It's the first time we've been able to open our doors in a long time, but with Covid restrictions beginning to ease, we look forward to seeing more and more new and old faces in and around the nursery soon.  For anyone who joined us during the pandemic, you can book a nursery tour with your nursery manager if you would like to come in to see the nursery.

Learning more about St George

Our nurseries had lots of fun celebrating St George's Day and learning more about St George. We dressed up, decorated the St George's cross and our Swindon nursery even put on a play with their own props... the dragon looked amazing!

Perfect Pets

National Pet day is celebrated on the 11th April every year and at nursery we have lots of interesting pets. We have birds, rabbits, fish, snails to name a few. The children really love helping take care of our pets and our pets all love the children too.

Celebrating Earth Day

We're big on being earth friendly at Little Pioneers, which is why we have so much fun celebrating Earth Day. The children learned more about how we can keep the earth healthy and how we share the earth with lots of other animals.
