We know easing the guilt starts with parents dropping off and picking up a happy child from a safe, secure nurturing home from home. You need to be 100% in the know about your child's achievements, next steps and will need us to be flexible and understand both you and your child - we’re all in.
We're committed to building genuine partnerships, not just with the children but with parents and caregivers too. That's because planning for your child’s development is collaborative. Goals are not just aligned to developmental transitions set by the Early Years Foundation Stage and Ofsted but to what you want for your children and what your children need. In a world of modern pressures, we place the utmost importance on partnering with our families to nurture your little pioneer. We believe listening is key to understanding the needs of you and your children in order to identify the best ways to support you holistically.
To provide reassurance and keep communication flowing, as well as daily handovers, termly parents evenings and regular check ins, we make sure you’re part of your child’s day every day through our app ParentZone. It keeps you informed (and builds priceless memories) on what your child’s eaten, what they’ve been up to and what they’ve conquered and achieved with personalised updates and photos. It’s a perfect complement to your meaningful daily handovers.
We also run workshops for our families; mums, dads, carers, siblings, grandparents or in fact any part of an extended family who has a part to play in supporting children to be their best. We’re here beyond the nursery walls to reassure at every step of the way. Perhaps you’re concerned about choking when you start weaning your child? In which case we can offer Paediatric First Aid training as an added extra on top of our mini medics sessions we host in nursery for children. We want everyone to feel safe and secure and we work together to bring out the very best in our children.
Our embedded ethos of putting our children first and working as a team with families and colleagues, together with our confident, inclusive approach means we’re truly giving children the best start they could have. It’s a great foundation for their bright future ahead.
