We're here to help nurture the next generation of Little Pioneers.
The first five years of a child's life lay the foundations that shape their future. That's because during these years their brain develops faster than any other time in their life. In fact, by the time your child is five years old they’ve already developed 90% of their brain. That's why we believe every child deserves access to quality early years education.
We’re proud to provide an environment where children grow, learn, and love the world around them. So when you choose us, you can feel reassured you’re making the best choice for your child and their future.

Pioneering Great Futures – World of Work
To celebrate the power of early years education, we launched a very special initiative - work experience for toddlers!
Working in partnership with local businesses, we gave some of our Little Pioneers the chance to swap playtime for some very fun (and educational!) hands-on experiences.
Because when it comes to pioneering great futures, it all starts in the early years.
World of discovery
Children are born curious and are ready to learn. This means we have a real opportunity and are dedicated to sparking a passion for learning and helping children grow during their fundamental years with us. After all, our nurseries are so much more than just childcare.
We offer the perfect place to indulge their curiosity. Our practitioners will help your little ones discover what it means to express themselves through music, messy play and understanding the world. We'll be by their side as they explore our outdoor spaces. Whether that be practicing on our balance bikes around the playground, digging for gold in our sandpits or planting and harvesting in our growing areas. And not forgetting working towards that all important transition to school.
Music and dance are proven to support memory development. We use creative songs, movement and exercise to nurture language, maths and social skills. We also run these sessions with our partnered care homes as part of our Generation Play programme.
Through the seven key areas of learning, we blend play and education - turning every day into an adventure! Your child’s journey to brilliance starts here... because who says learning can’t be a blast? Find out more about the Early Years seven areas of learning.
Developing friendships
When your little one heads off for their first week of nursery, it may well be the most amount of time they’ve spent away from home. It’s a big little step!
Find out what some parents had to say about their family's first day.

As well as experiencing a new environment and making decisions on their own, they’re learning to be with other children. This is a big deal. They are learning what it means to share, listen and understand each other’s feelings. All this influences their social, emotional, cognitive and language development. And most importantly, it's the start of their very first friendships.
Making friends makes us happy and Little Pioneers is big on that.

In every new lesson learned, every challenge overcome, and every new friend, they grow in confidence. Soon they’re on their way to becoming independent, happy little people with their own personalities, ready for their first day at school.
How our Little Pioneers teach our values
Our “DOES” values – Democracy, Openness, Equality, and Social responsibility – are central to the way our nurseries work. With our values in mind we make sure that your children are safe and happy, learning at every step of the way.
Our 5 cheeky Little Pioneers Ping, Ebo, Alice, Charlie, and Ela help us teach them to your children. Let’s meet them!
Introducing the Little Pioneers

Ela believes that everyone should have their say.
Ela is 3 and a half and is named after her Great Aunt Elaben Bhatt, who lives in India. Ela wants to be just like her when she grows up. She is a lovely lady who helps poor people and started a bank in Sewa, just for ladies to use.
Her mummy says Ela is already like her aunt because she loves to help all her friends and make sure that everyone is happy playing the same game at nursery. She likes to make sure that everyone has fun together.

Ping believes in being open about how you're feeling and expressing it in a positive way.
Ping is 4 years old. She was born in England but a lot of her family live in China. Her grandparents have taught her a few Chinese words including ‘gung ho’ meaning ‘work together’.
She loves to work with her friends and always makes sure everyone has fun and is happy. Ping is a good listener and feels it’s very important that everyone has the chance to say how they are feeling.

Ebo believes that we have a responsibility to look after each other in the world.
Ebo is 2 years old and has just joined the Little Pioneers after moving to England from Ghana. In Ghana his mummy and daddy had jobs as cocoa farmers and they’ve taught him about fair trade and how important it is.
At nursery he learns about how we can look after each other and the world. Sometimes he brings in his old toys to recycle them or give them to other children and that makes him feel proud.

Alice believes that everyone should be treated equally.
Alice is 3 years old and loves spending time with lots of different people. Alice has a big family. She has a sister who lives with her and her mummy, and a sister and brother who live with her dad and visit at the weekends, meaning there is always someone for her to play with.
At nursery she likes to read books in different languages and learn from the other children who can speak these languages. She can say ‘hello’ in lots of languages. She has lots of friends who are all good at different things, which is why she loves to play with each of them.

Charlie believes that when everyone works together, it’s more fun.
Charlie is nearly 5 and is looking forward to starting school soon, although he’ll be sad to leave nursery as he’s been there since he was a baby.
He’s learnt a lot at nursery and spends a lot of time teaching the younger children how to share their toys and how to count. Charlie likes it best when everybody plays together, as it makes games more fun.
