Win £200 Amazon Voucher - Post Visit Survey
1) To participate in this competition, you must complete our post nursery visit survey.
2) You must have been invited to take part via an email sent on Tuesday 25th April 2023 from Your Co-op Little Pioneers.
3) Surveys must be completed between Tuesday 25th April and Friday 19th May 2023.
4) The winner will be selected at random and notified by Wednesday 31st May 2023.
5) Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.
6) The prize consists of one (1) £200 Amazon voucher.
7) This prize cannot be exchanged for a cash value.
8) We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
9) Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted.
10) The winner will be contacted via the email address used on the survey
11) No purchase is necessary. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion, including in relation to the use of the internet.
12) We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be fraudulent, inappropriate or based on misconduct.
13) The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
14) The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize from the time/date they are notified they have won. After this time we reserve the right to select a new winner.
15) The decisions of the promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16) By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to us collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion. Any personal data relating to the winner/other entrants will solely be used in accordance to current UK data protection legislation. 18) Details of the winner name and country of residence can be obtained within one (1) month after the closing date of the competition by emailing info@littlepioneers.coop. The winner may be required to participate in post-competition publicity.
