Parent Survey Prize Draw

TERMS AND CONDITIONS  - ‘PARENT SURVEY…’ PRIZE DRAW

This document sets out the terms and conditions that apply to the participation in the monthly prize draw. The Midcounties Co-operative Limited reserves the right to change these terms at any time.

The prize draw promoter is The Midcounties Co-operative Limited, Warwick Technology Park, Gallows Hill, Warwick, CV34 6DA, UK (“Promoter”)

How to participate;

1. You will only be entered into the prize draw once you have fully completed and submitted the survey. 
2. This prize draw is free to enter.
3. The prize is £200 off your childcare fees with Your Co-op Childcare/Your Co-op Little Pioneers.
4. Your child must attend one of our Your Co-op Childcare/Your Co-op Little Pioneers settings in order to complete the survey and enter the prize draw.

Restrictions;

1. The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter or their immediate families or agents.
2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for data corruption, incomplete or illegible entries, or entries which fail to be properly submitted.
3. Only 1 survey entry is allowed per person, per month. This means that no matter how many surveys are completed, only 1 of the responses will be put forward for the Prize Draw each month. 
4. You will only be eligible to win one prize in any 12-week period.
5. Does not apply to fully funded places.
6. The discount will be applied to the following month’s fees as a one-off discount.

 The Prize;

1. There will be one prize per calendar month*. The prize draw will take place within the first week of each calendar month. Entries received after the end of the month will be entered into the next calendar month’s draw.
2. The winner will be chosen at random and informed via the nursery manager.
3. Prizes must be accepted as offered and are non-transferable.
4. £200 will be raised as a credit against the attending child’s payment childcare account.
5. If the attending child leaves Your Co-op Childcare/Your Co-op Little Pioneers before the credit is used their will be no cash alternative and credit will not be used.
6. If the attending child is due to leave Your Co-op Childcare/Your Co-op Little Pioneers within 6 months of winning, you won't be eligible to win and the prize amount won't be applied.
7. No cash alternative is available.

Notifications;

1. Winners will be notified by phone or email on the day following the prize draw.
2. Winners will be contacted for a testimonial and ‘winners’ photograph will be used on our winner’s website and other marketing channels.
3. Winners will have their prize draw deducted from their Childcare fees which will show on the next generated invoice.
4. Each Prize Draw will be administered by The Midcounties Co-operative Limited and by completing a survey entry form you agree to The Midcounties Co-operative Limited using your details for the purposes of administering each Prize Draw you enter.
5. Details of winners’ surnames and counties can be requested from info@littlepioneers.coop after the monthly Prize Draw has taken place.
6. By completing a survey entry form, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

 Data Protection:

1. The Promoter will never release your personal details to any company outside of The Midcounties Co-operative for mailing or marketing purposes. The Midcounties Co-operative will use your details for the purpose of administering the Prize Draws only.
2. Winners may be asked to partake in publicity surrounding their win although this is not compulsory.
3. The Prize Draws will be governed by English Law and entrants to the Prize Draws submit to the jurisdictions of the English Courts.

* ‘Survey Month’ is the period of 28 days after the invite email, or 24 days after the reminder email, is sent to the attending parents selected to provide feedback. The survey link will remain active for completion for 21 days following the invite email.
