Holiday Competition Terms and Conditions

Information regarding the collection/claiming of the prize will be given to the winner once they have been chosen.

Entrants must have followed the Your Co-op Little Pioneers page.

Your Co-op Little Pioneers does not take any responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner/other entrants will solely be used in accordance to current UK data protection legislation

 The promoter is Your Co-op Little Pioneers whose registered office is at The Midcounties Co-operative, Co-operative House, Warwick Technology Park, Gallows Hill, Warwick, CV34 6DA

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

The Prize: 

1. There will be one Prize.

2. The prize will be issued as vouchers for Your Co-op Travel to the value of £2,500. Vouchers will be redeemable against a Your Co-op Holidays (Tour Operator) holiday purchase. Vouchers (The Prize) are not redeemable against the purchase of holiday products provided by alternative Tour Operators/Cruise Lines/Holiday Providers, including but not limited to Jet2Holidays, TUI, Saga, Disney, P&O Cruises, Cunard Cruises, Princess Cruises, Riviera Travel, Fred Olsen Cruise Lines. 

Competition closes at midnight on the Thursday 31st October 2024 and all entries must be made before this date. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

One Winner will be chosen at random and contacted via direct message within 28 days of the competition closing date, if the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and choose a replacement winner.

The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected or when it is due to be delivered.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].

 Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
