Child Friendly Recipe - Fish Pie with Broccoli

Here’s a recipe for a quick meal to make: Fish Pie with Broccoli. Your child will love helping you out and more importantly eating it!
Ingredients:
- Pollock Fillets Skinless Boneless – 340g
- Large Spanish Onion – 60g
- Carrots – 50g
- Whole Milk – 300ml
- Dried Parsley – 1.6g
- Ground Black pepper – 0.6g
- Peas – 80g
- Sweetcorn – 20g
- Cornflour – 6g
- Fresh Veg Potato – 440g
- Broccoli – 200g

Ready, steady, cook!

Firstly, boil the potatoes and then mash them.

Next, poach the fish and onions in the milk and remove once cooked.

Then, add the carrots, peas, black pepper, parsley and sweetcorn. Once the vegetables are cooked, add the corn flour that has been mixed with a little water.

Put the mixture into an oven proof dish and top with the potato.

Finally, bake until golden brown for about 45 mins and serve with the cooked broccoli.
