We are big on communication and working with our parents and building strong relationships is key to what we do. We know things are different right now and that we can’t always speak to you face to face. But here you will find all the ways we communicate with you about your child’s learning and development and also how you can speak to us!
Famly
Stay informed with Famly, our app that gives you live information about your litte one and what they’ve been up to at nursery. Including observations, assessments, meals, and even toilet training progress!
With Famly, parents can access pictures, videos, and announcements via the newsfeed, or their child’s profile. At the click of a button, they can update permissions, report sickness and holidays, pay a bill, and send direct messages to the nursery team whenever needed. At the same time, there’s a bunch of admin tools and support, that will give our staff even more time to spend with our Little Pioneers.
You can set up notifications so that you know when information has been published. You can add your own photos and observations from home that will contribute to your child’s overall learning journey.

Newsletters
We send regular newsletters direct to your email with key information about our nurseries, upcoming events through to what is happening in your child’s room. Parent Rep Group Meetings
All parents have a chance to contribute to our parents’ meetings where we discuss our thoughts about the nursery and how things can be improved. You can also request to become a parent rep! These meetings are currently held virtually and you should receive email updates on what actions have been taken from the meetings. Send a message to your nursery manager on Parent Zone for more information.
Parents Evenings
Parents evenings take place twice a year where you meet with your child’s key worker to discuss their learning and development journey and any worries or concerns that you may have. If you want to meet with your child’s key person outside of these times we will be more than happy to do this.
Your nursery has a Facebook page where they communicate all the exciting activities and events that are taking place. We also have a central brand page where you can find lots of helpful info, updates and other fun stuff. Make sure you like both pages so that you can keep in touch with our regular updates!
Parents Survey

Every 2 months you will receive our parents survey which is your chance to give us feedback. The survey includes topics covering joining us and settling in, key person, support and development and overall experience of your nursery.
This is your opportunity to be as open and honest as you want. Your feedback is key and we will listen to what you have to say.
Remember, we have an open-door policy where you can have a chat with your nursery manager or key person whenever you need to. Drop us an email, call or send a message via Famly and we can arrange a virtual meeting.
