This week's recipe is lamb meatballs. It's packed full of ingredients such as lamb mince, free-range eggs, onions and tomatoes. Your little one will love helping you out... and will love what you create!

Ingredients:

-         Large Spanish Onion – 60g

-         Garlic Puree – 4.2g

-         Chopped Tomatoes – 320g

-         Grounded Black Pepper – 1.2g

-         Medium Free-Range Eggs – 0.2 each

-         Dried Mixed Herbs – 1.6g

We've put together a handy shopping list that your little one can use to help you find the right ingredients. Download it here.

Ready, steady, cook!

  1. Firstly, mix the mince lamb, half of the onions, half of the garlic, egg, half of the mixed herbs, and black pepper and roll into 10 meatballs.

  2. Cook these in the oven on 180 for about 35 mins.

  3. Next, heat the chopped tomatoes and the remaining garlic, onions and mixed herbs and then add the meatballs to the sauce.
