Let’s dance! Discover the magic of music and movement.

Have you ever found yourself singing along and remembering every word of a song you haven’t heard for years? Us too! Research shows that music and dance supports memory capability, which is why we work with Boogie Mites to help your little ones learn language, maths and social skills through creative music, dance, play and exercise sessions!

We invest in fun music and movement lessons because we know little ones love a boogie and it helps their learning and development in an engaging way. Did you know, studies show that through taking part in regular musical activities, children can develop neural pathways that provide strong foundations for literacy, maths and general learning? Amazing! The sessions are proven to boost physical fitness, language development, self-regulation, expression of emotions, self-esteem and the development of creativity.

It’s the little things that make a big difference

Music and movement sessions are one of the little ways that we enrich your child’s day. All of our practitioners have been trained by specialists to help keep your little one’s mind and body happy and healthy, which makes a big difference to their wellbeing.

We also run Boogie Mites sessions with our partnered care homes as part of our intergenerational programme, which brings such joy to young and old!

Hands up if you know the hand-washing song!

As well as learning language, maths and social skills, Boogie Mites sessions also help little ones learn best practice hygiene tips to stay safe, which has never been more important than now! Here is a hand-washing song the children have learnt and might recognise.

Wash your hands!
