World of Work - Princess for a day!
At Little Pioneers, we believe early years education isn’t just important - it’s powerful.
Our recent research revealed that the formtive first five years of life hold the key to workplace success.
That’s why we created our Work Experience Days - to give children real-world opportunities to explore, imagine, and put their learned skills into action in inspiring settings.
Our Warwick Castle Experience Day gave three young Princesses-in-training the chance to step into a magical role for the day.
Ivy (2), Nara (2), and Lillianna (3) took on their very important roles as royal Princesses at Warwick Castle, learning all about what it takes to represent the castle with grace and charm. Throughout the day, they explored the historic grounds, welcomed guests with warm royal greetings, and helped make sure everything in the kingdom was just right.
Their biggest task? Using teamwork and problem-solving skills to follow clues and solve riddles - all to help the resident princesses recover the lost key to the Princess Tower. A truly memorable day for these Little Pioneers where they could put all of their learned skills into practice!

Nara's Mummy, Jess, said...
“It was great to see the three little one’s bond so quickly and really embrace the experience. Going to nursery has definitely helped Nara to build her confidence and communication skills, as a result she makes friends quickly and loves to get stuck into activities – I’m sure she’ll be talking about their day for many weeks to come!”
